Account Manager (REMOTE)

Role Summary:
The Account Managers will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for clients, and ensuring their needs are met effectively. They will also identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and improving customer satisfaction across TheXBank's services.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and support.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.

  • Develop and present tailored solutions to address client-specific needs using TheXBank’s products and services.

  • Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure efficient onboarding, service delivery, and ongoing support.

  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue growth from existing accounts.

  • Work closely with internal teams (legal, compliance, product) to resolve client issues and ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Regularly communicate updates, new features, and promotional campaigns to clients.

  • Track client performance metrics, analyze account trends, and prepare monthly account status reports.

  • Represent TheXBank at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to enhance client relationships and brand presence.

  • Provide client feedback to product and development teams for continuous improvement of services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, client relationship management, or a similar role, preferably in fintech, finance, or digital payment sectors.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a client-focused mindset.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet performance goals.

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to analyze client data and provide actionable insights for improving service and revenue.

  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

  • Knowledge of digital assets, payment systems, or financial services is preferred.
