Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Growth Manager who is fluent in Chinese to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, growth strategies, and the cryptocurrency industry. This role involves driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention in Chinese-speaking markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention in Chinese-speaking markets.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the cryptocurrency industry.

• Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, content marketing, and community engagement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user experience and ensure alignment with growth objectives.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, influencers, and community leaders in the Chinese-speaking crypto space.

• Provide regular updates and reports on growth metrics and market insights to the management team.

• Translate and localize marketing materials to ensure they resonate with the Chinese-speaking audience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Growth Manager or in a similar marketing role, preferably in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.

• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

• Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market and DeFi space.

• Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies and marketing campaigns.

• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Familiarity with Chinese social media platforms and marketing channels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Experience with user acquisition and growth hacking techniques.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to cryptocurrency marketing in China.

• Network of contacts within the Chinese-speaking crypto community.
